In case you live in a cave with no access to tv, computers, women’s magazine or porn, make-up sex is the hot sex you have after a big fight. Usually it is a more intense “session” because although you both might not be angry anymore, you’re still keyed up on the adrenaline. As I started googling, “make up sex” I found that there’s actually something called “make-up sex” as in sex using (or with) cosmetics or cosmetic tools. Um… Wow!

I’m a big fan of Special K cereals and snacks so when I was offered to sample the Special K Protein Shakes? I was happy to.
The Special K Protein Chocolate shake is ok. It does taste chocolate, a bit creamy and smooth but there is a a strange aftertaste. It is much like its the competitor, Slim Fast.
The drink, which contains 10 grans of protein and five grans of fiber taste best chilled. These are great for those times when you are in too much of a hurry to have a sit down lunch or if you’re on your way to work and want a quick breakfast? (Skip the donuts or anything with crumbs. Drink one of these instead.)

When a girlfriend told our circle of friends that she was moving to Lake St. Louis, we all grumbled. Our group lives in West County and were used to her living a short walk away. “Why can’t you stay closer?” We asked. “Why would you want to live there?” (Not that any of us thought there was something wrong with Lake St. Louis. Just that we didn’t want our beloved friend to move!)
