StL charity we love

Posted by on September 10, 2009

handsIndependence is one of those things most of us take for granted. That is until it is lost or compromised.

Life Skills Foundation has been assisting St. Louisians with developmental disabilities to live and work with dignity in our community for more than 45 years.

These days, Life Skills serves more than 1,400 adults and teens on a yearly basis to live in their own home and apartments, to find and keep a job, and to make friends and access the St. Louis community and all it has to offer.

It that’s not a charity worth spotlight? I don’t know what is! For ways to give, visit this link.
