Great article. As a semi work at home mom, I often find myself fluctuating between contentment, resentment and guilt. We all (moms and dads alike) need to stop expecting so much from ourselves and quit comparing ourselves. In the end, we're all just parents doing what we think is best for our children. We should be cheering one another on! :)

What a great post - and just what I needed to read to speak to the place I'm in this morning. Our new bambino is also a Rosi baby (maybe we've passed you in the hall!), and I credit them for many things, including our baby's social and motor development, her blossoming confidence, as well as my lessened guilt for "having" to work. I need to place that Corrigan quote on my white board.
